TIPS Forum 1997 - Assessing Regional Arrangements (0)
TIPS hosted its first annual forum in 1997. The idea of inititaing a Trade and Industrial Policy Forum stemmed from the fact that there was at presnt no forum at which the users of research on trade and industrialpolicy could meet on a regular basis with the producers of research in the academic community and the private sector.
